Remove host from cluster causes disconnected iscsi luns on other members of cluster

Hi,

about 2 weeks ago i removed a member (2008R2) from a cluster by using VMM2012R2. That evening i noticed that on our Dell Equallogic's all the ACL's were removed.
I contacted Dell about this and they told me that the audit loggings showed that the user 'vmm2012r2' initiated the removal of ALC's.

Today i removed the same member from the cluster (being busy with damage controll due to ex collegue) and i noticed that VMM2012R2 again started to remove the ACL's from the Equallogic's.
When checking the failover manager, a couple of CSV disks showed redirection mode. I checked the hyper-v hosts and they had a couple of disconnected iscsi luns. Luckily i added a accept any acl last week, otherwise all hyper-v hosts would be disconnected again. There was no network outage on production or storage when i removed the host from cluster.

When i came home, i noticed that 1 of the hyper-v servers, which was still a member of the cluster, had bsod. Didn't investigate that yet. However, this bsod also happend 2 weeks ago.

Were using the Dell Equallogic Storage Management provider and the array is responding.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? This is for us unexpected behaviour.
