We run a hyper-v host (among other) using scvmm 2012 R2 that seems to go outside of intended boundaries. The server hosts around a hundred vm:s but weonly run a handful of them at once. So the load on the machine isn't high, only the need for disk, which we have plenty of.
Now can't we add more Machines since we have exceeded the CPU utilization rating. Is there a way to override or even turn off the rating for a specific server and say "hey, we take responsibility ourselfs for the performance"? We want to avoid moving Machines to/from a library because it takes too long time.
