Deploying VM to Cloud Error with storage classification

Hi All,

since SCVMM 2012 R2 UR2 we have problems deploying VMs to a private cloud. Rating fails for all clouds and we got following error message from SC Job (AdditionalMessage): "No connected storage device could be identified that satisfies all requirements"

Our environment is as follow:

Hyper-V Cluster with 4 nodes and 2 CSVs with storage classification, one for highend storage (CSV1) and one for lowend storage (CSV2). According to this, we have two private clouds, one for production use (with highend storage classifaction) and one for our lab (with lowend storage classification).

At the moment we only could deploy VMs to cloud, if there's no storage classification set on cloud properties, but in this case you could not control which storage is used. We also tried to define VM templates to set the matching storage classification, but that also Fails if any storage classification is set on cloud properties. (Regarding article: http://blogs.technet.com/b/scvmm/archive/2014/05/19/changes-with-storage-on-cloud-and-storage-classification-in-vmm-2012-r2-ur2.aspx)

Before UR2 it works and UR3 doesn't fix it as well.  Hope someone could help. Thanks.

Martin
