Hey there Technet,
I have recently needed to reinstall SCVMM 2012 R2 on my server due to the free license expiration and had to reinstall to apply a new license. Since the Reinstall, I now get errors constantly complaining about not having access rights for WinRM. Most of the forums and troubleshooting guides indicate that you just need to ensure that the service is started (which it is).
At this point, I am at a loss for what to do or check. I reinstalled using an existing database. The only 2 Items that I am not sure on is if I am using the same domain account for SCVMM service and if I had the encryption keys stored in active directory.
Can anyone provide me with a list of concise locations or test that I might be able to check to see what is causing SCVMM to fail to talk to my VM Cluster hosts?
We are using Hyper-V in a 3 host cluster which are supporting a number of production VM's.
