SCVMM Networking Issues

Trying to get Hyper-V (2012 R2) and SCVMM (2012 R2) Networking configured. Trying my best to make use of SR-IOV.

Hyper-V Server has 2 NICS configured for SR-IOV. Servers are in a Single Site with 2 Vlans. I'm not doing any Network Virtualization (NGRE or PVLANS, etc.). VM Guest machines have 2 adapters and NIC Teaming is configured in the Guest.

I've configured a Logical Network (One Connected Network) with a single site with 2 vlans, and a IP pool, along with 2 Logical Switches. - but when deploying a VM from a VM Template - it seems to place both Guest Adapters on one Logical Switch.I'm assuming I'm going to have to create 2 Logical VLAN-based Independent Networks??(SCVMM won't let me create 2 single connected networks since the VLANs and subnets are the same).

I'm also having trouble getting my Guest machines to obtain a IP address from the configured IP Pools. SCVMM is assigning a separate address for each NIC in the guest Machine. I'm assuming that this is because I've enabled and using SR-IOV (which is bypassing the SCVMM integration in the network stack), or because there are 2 NICs, or because I've teamed the Guest NICs and Hyper-V/SCVMM doesn't see the MAC addresses?

I'm also having trouble getting the Guest VM Template to Team the Guest NICs when deploying a VM from a Template. I've managed to get the VM Template through the OS Profile to run a PowerShell scripts [GUIRunOnce] (which seems to kick off when a user is 1st logged in). The NICs in the Gold Image I used to create the VM Template were teamed. Is there a more elegant solution?

Anyone attempted anything similar to what I'm trying to accomplish? Any comments, suggestions, etc. would be appreciated.
