VMM 2012 R2 - RU6 - SOFC Nodes "Not Responding"

Hi,

I have two Scale Out File Clusters (2012 R2), and after updating them and the compute layer (Also all 2012 R2), to VMM 2012 R2 RU6 the SOFC nodes now come up as "Not Responding".

The Agents on both the Hyper-V and SOFC nodes have all updated to RU6 and all have been rebooted to no avail.

Is anyone else seeing this? 

Seems every quarter now, I spend a weekend updating SCOM, SCVMM & DPM followed by a month with PSS sorting out issues.
