Query on SCVMM VM creation Path and Disk Name

My Environment:

       SCVMM - 02 VM's on HA

       Host Server - 02 Hyper-V machine on cluster

Query:

        01. How do I hardcode the VM placement setting - By default when new VM's are created using VM template the VM path is C:\Cluster Storage\Volume, how do I change it to C:\Cluster Storage\Volume\VirtualMachines

        02. How do I change the VHDX Name -  By default when new VM's are created using VM template the New VHDX name shows the Template VHDX name along with some hexadecimal, Can I hardcode it to "ResptiveVirtualMachineName.VHDX"
