Adding a Hyper-V Cluster as Library Server

Is it possible to add Hyper-V Cluster as VMM Library Server?

The cluster is currently 3TB in size.  We have multiple VMs stored there, but now we would like to start adding templates to a library, and using the cluster for storage.

If this is not possible, can you please advise which route would be best?
