We are running Citrix Xendesktop environment, integrated with Hyper-V and SCVMM.
SCVMM, we upgraded successfully from 2008 R2 sp1 to SCVMM 2012 and to latest roll up ie, roll up 7.
We observed the VM's state is showing as "STOPPED". Due to this state, the VM will not show up in the citrix console when end user logs in.
Things we have tried so far:

> SCVMM has been rebooted/ service restarted.
>All hyper-V and library servers were updated to the latest available agents and they are upto date.
>This was an inplace SCVMM upgrade. so, no re-association required for the Hyper-V host.
Anything else needs to be tried from SCVMM end?
Where do i find more details about "STOPPED" state. I ddint find one from any article.
> Doing RESET not RESTART, will move the VM state to Running. But that should not be the solution.
