Assign Azure VM to user role as owner

Dear sir,

I have my VMM 2012 R2 and it is connected with Microsoft Azure, so I can see my Azure VMs in VMM.

I need to assign this VMs to specific user roles or I can say owners, so my user role once open VMM can see some specific Azure VMs which is allowed to manage.

How to achieve this goal?
