Owner or User Role sporadically missing from virtual machines

Wondering if anyone has an idea of where to even begin on this one.

Running the latest CU8 (at least I think its the latest) and this issue existed before then, I have a few users who will randomly see the owner, User Role or sometimes both missing from virtual machines. I can login from my Admin and see the missing detail absolutely fine and have never experienced the issue myself so it only seems to be a complaint from tenants.

Any idea why this might be happening?
