One of my co-workers is trying to add his newly built (as of last Friday) XenServer 6.1 server to our SCVMM 2012 Service Pack 1 Update 1 server and it is consistently failing with Error ID:20555 saying to 'Ensure that your XenServer hosts are running version 6.0'. We do have the latest XenServer 6.1 edition of the Microsoft System Center Integration Pack loaded on the machine (a failed initial attempt at installing this was actually what caused my co-worker to rebuild the machine last Friday). We can also successfully run the winrm query to this machine and retrieve information from it on the SCVMM machine.
The information we saw that made us believe that XenServer 6.1 support was going to be included in SCVMM SP1 is located at this URL, http://technet.microsoft.com/library/gg610587.aspx (and it notes that this is pre-release information and subject to change so we're aware that this could be incorrect), but we're just hoping to be able to get a little clarification as to whether or not XenServer 6.1 support made the SCVMM SP1 release or if there could be another issue with our system that we should continue to troubleshoot if this functionality is expected to be working.
