The status of virtual machines after the fall of the host

Hi All,

I have SCVMM 2012 R2 + UR9. One virtual machine has a possible owner of the only host on which it is located.

After a hard reboot the host, or disable the network adapter on the host, the virtual machine has a status of running in SCVMM console. In the console failover cluster virtual machine status is stopped.
Why in SCVMM virtual machine status is not correct?
