As the title (couldnt find a good category so I hope I choosed the right one).
To explain my problem shortly:
I am implementing a Azure pack solution. Because I was uncertain of a couple of things, I decided to install a VMM cluster to try some different approaches out. After these tests I completely deleted the VMM cluster (VM's) and I was pretty sure I unregistered all resources in that test VMM cluster before doing so.
BUT, somehow I must have missed to unregister my Scale-out File Server cluster. I am now installing the new VMM cluster that is going to be the production cluster, but get the following error:
"
Registration of the storage subsystem SOFSC01.xxx.xxxxx for user xxx.xxxxx\administrator failed from vVMM01.xxx.xxxxx with error code 46006
[SM_RC_SUBSYSTEM_ALREADY_REGISTERED].
Specify a valid subsystem name, and user credentials for registering the subsystem.
ID: 26311
"
I really tried to find any leads on Internet, technet, KB and alot of testing but I do not seem to come one inch closer to the solution. I have crawled through the registry, cluster registry setting (if it was hiding inside of that) and so on without luck.
How do I solve this? Would be really happy if anyone had an idea how to get forward.
Best regards,
