SCVMM 2012R2 network design on storage question

Planning on replacing an 3-node 2012r2 Hyper-V cluster with a new 5-node 2012R2 Hyper-V cluster. Due to several configuration errors in the old cluster it has been decided to create a new cluster and perform a share-nothing-live migration to move over the VM's from the old to the new cluster.

In the new nodes there are 8 NIC's available, and planning on adding an additional 4 port NIC making it a total of 12 NIC's per Hyper-V host (HP Proliant DL380 Gen9 with 1GB NICs)

Currently the old cluster is connected to a HP StoreVirtual, the same SAN will be used again.

All nodes are connected to a stacked switch

Planning on using SCVMM 2012R2 to configure the cluster. The plan is to create to seperate networks

1x VM Network traffic (2x NIC in teaming: LACP / port mode: dynamic)

1x Live migration, CSV (redirection), cluster heartbeat traffic (2x NIC in teaming: LACP / port mode: dynamic)

1x Host management traffic

2x iSCSI (MPIO)

The above should do it? As there is budget to add additional quad NIC the plan is to purchase one. But not sure as how much it would improve the performance? In other words: is it worth it?

I do realize there will be downtime as the VM's need to be reconfigured (network configuration)

Also the SAN has LUNs created and is used by the old cluster. The plan is to manage the SAN using SCVMM, the questions is: when adding the SAN to SCVMM will it erase existing data on the SAN?
