SCVMM 2019 and Windows 2019 Hyper-V problems

Hello,

I have a new SCVMM 2019 clustered setup that is running on top of Windows 2016.

We have several new Windows 2019 Hyper-V clusters and are running into a whole mess of problems with them.

1. 2019 Hosts going into "Needs Attention".
2. Cannot refresh VMs or Hosts.
3. The Hyper-V Virtual Machine Management service cannot be stopped/started.
4. VMs cannot be turned off or live migrated between hosts in the same cluster.

The only temporary fix we have found is to cold boot the cluster nodes until everything is working but even that is only a temporary solution so far.  At this point I am ready to try about anything to get these Hyper-V clusters working correctly.  We never had this many issues with Server 2012 R2 Hyper-V clusters.
