Set SMBIOS GUID in a VM template

Is it possible to set the SMBIOSGUID of a VM using a VM Template?

I know I can do it in Hyper-V using PowerShell, I'd just like to avoid am extra step.

And if I were to have more than one VM with the same SMBIOSGUID, would VMM/Hyper-V care?
