Background of what is in place, SCVMM 2012 SP1 CU2 and all servers involved are 2012 (core). In failover cluster manager the roles count is 392. In SCVMM, the VM count on the cluster node is 390. That leaves 2 VM's that just don't show up in SCVMM at all, I have verified and know which ones they are. I have already removed the cluster and re-added it, this is actually when the problem occurred. I have also removed the failover cluster resources and re-added to see if they popped up. I have also refreshed the cluster and refreshed the VM's several times on each host in the cluster. I can't update to CU3 yet either unfortunately. I was thinking there might be some entries in the database with the names of the VM's that is causing them not to be displayed but I have yet to find any at this time.
