System Center Virtual Machine Manager Agent service terminated unexpectedly

hello, 

im migrating from scvmm 2008 r2 to scvmm 2012sp1. I migrate all servers but i has a problem with one node of my cluster. 

I have 9 nodes in my 2008 R2 cluster. I cant manage a host from my scvmm console because System Center Virtual Machine Manager Agent service stops all time

If i initalize it goes down after 10 seconds. The error is this:

"The System Center Virtual Machine Manager Agent service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 4 time(s)."

I tried reinstalling the agent and restarting the server but it doesnt work.

any ideas'?
