SCVMM - Introduction to environment

We are running VMM 2008, SC 2012 Orchestrator (not setup but installed), System Manager (Not setup but installed), DPM, SCOM, Configuration Manager.  The 2012 products are at SP1 not R2. 

We want to setup our first 2012 Hyper-V server using R2 version and setup our first SCVMM server using R2. 

Is there any issue in introducitng VMM2012 R2 into our environment when the rest of our System Center environment is at SP1?  I do want to have SCOM integration into the VMM environment.
