Install virtual switch extension failed to complete

I have VMM 2012 SP1 running on a Windows 2012 Guest VM, hosted on a Windows 2012 platform.  About every fifteen minutes I see the following error in the logs.  But there are no jobs listed in the VMM console.  Where is this coming from and how do I resolve it?
