Hi, I tried adding another created virtual desktop to the an existing collection.
Previously I had problems with the adding as it requires SCSI adapter and then create a checkpoint prior the adding into the exsiting collection.
After having done all these, the virtual desktop still does not get added into the collection.
The newly created Virtual Desktop is available in the "Available Virtual Desktop" to be added. However, I have tried multiple times to add the selected virtual desktop but to no avail without any error to inform on the reason that it is not added.
It is just like the virtual desktop was not set to add into the collection.
Could anyone advise on what could be wrong here?
