SCVMM create virtual machine error 66

HI al,

I am trying to create virtual machine using template in SCVMM

I created template from VM on host. template created fine. when I tried to create VM using template it stuck at 66% at install VM components and not going through.

then I aborted the process. my questions are following:

when I created template from VM. That VM was not joined to domain it was in work group. so during VM creation using template it should join to domain right? it should work

also I created IP pool in appropriate VLAN. and select the same during VM creation wizard.

I also found on other article that the VM should be sysprep before I create template from it.  what it means. does it mean OS customization or there is any command to do sysprep.
