VMM licensing when only using VMM

Hello,

I'm planning a Hyper-V infrastructure for one of our customers. The design consists of 3 physical (2 socket) Windows server 2012R2 servers in a hyper-V failover cluster. 

In that cluster, we will be running +- 100 virtual machines

Suppose that we want the SC VMM component to manage the 3 phyiscal hosts. How many licenses do we need?

- or 3 standard licenses

- or 3 DC licenses

attention: we will not use any other SC component on the virtual machines or Hyper-V hosts.
