SCVMM 2012 SP1 change default MAC Address pool

I have a SCVMM 2008 R2 server setup with 44 hosts and 387 VM's.  I am wanting to migrate to SCVMM 2012 SP1.  Since I cant upgrade my current SCVMM Server (Windows 2008 R2 OS) I have built another SCVMM 2012 SP1 server on a Windows 2012 VM.

In SCVMM 2008 R2 I have changed the default MAC pool, shrunk it WAY down because I dont wan overlapping MAC pools from the 2 SCVMM servers.  This was a very easy step in SCVMM 2008 R2 via the GUI.  I tried to give the SCVMM 2012 default MAC pool the remanning MAC address by shrinking it slightly via the GUI.  Well that does not work...just does not change it and gives no message as to why.  (Brilliant move Microsoft).

So I google it and find out from Technet that if I want to change this pool in SCVMM 2012 I must delete it first?????????  So I try to remove it.....NOT.  The pool is in use. Ok so I run....

PS C:\Users\e98765> Get-SCMACAddress

Name                  : 00:1D:D8:B7:1C:05
Address               : 00:1D:D8:B7:1C:05
VirtualNetworkAdapter :
AssignedToID          : 5c8b4376-a435-4533-bbca-02bac5bfdd9b
AllocatingAddressPool : Default MAC address pool (00:1D:D8:B7:1C:00 -
                        00:1D:D8:F4:1F:FF)
State                 : Assigned
Description           : 2008 R2 Standard
ServerConnection      : Microsoft.SystemCenter.VirtualMachineManager.Remoting.ServerConnection
ID                    : cc80ee90-8593-4e53-8857-17b4eec527d7
IsViewOnly            : False
ObjectType            : AllocatedMacAddress
MarkedForDeletion     : False
IsFullyCached         : True

The Description is of a template I built and I have no VM's, so I delete the template and then I try this.

PS C:\Users\e98765> Revoke-SCMACAddress

cmdlet Revoke-SCMACAddress at command pipeline position 1
Supply values for the following parameters:
AllocatedMACAddress: 00:1D:D8:B7:1C:05

Revoke-SCMACAddress : Cannot bind parameter 'AllocatedMACAddress'. Cannot
convert the "00:1D:D8:B7:1C:05" value of type "System.String" to type
"Microsoft.SystemCenter.VirtualMachineManager.AllocatedMACAddress".
At line:1 char:1
+ Revoke-SCMACAddress
+ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    + CategoryInfo          : InvalidArgument: (:) [Revoke-SCMACAddress], Para
   meterBindingException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : CannotConvertArgumentNoMessage,Microsoft.SystemC
   enter.VirtualMachineManager.Cmdlets.RevokeSCMACAddress

It fails but I dont know why.  I have tried the PS command a few different ways, I have rebooted....waited for many hours etc.  I dont really want to rebuild the SCVMM 2012 SP1 server nor do I want to waste my Premiere hours to get it fixed.  My boss wont let me go back to VMware......so can anyone help a brother out?

Thanks, -Lindy
