I'm having troubles since I upgrade 2012 SP1 to R2. Now vm creation fails when it has to transfer files:

Recommended Action
Check that WS-Management service is installed and running on server SRVHVPZG007.u-tad.es. For more information use the command "winrm helpmsg hresult". If SRVHVPZG007.u-tad.es is a host/library/update server or a PXE server role then ensure that
VMM agent is installed and running. Refer to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2742275 for more details.
I have tried:
- Updating to CU2
- Removing the host cluster, deleting certificates and reassigning
- Changing the BITS ports and restarting services
I have also created a new library, and ceated a template with files in the new library. Now the cm creation task succesfully copies the disk, but the it fails at "Install VM components". I tried removing the default library, which was hosted by the VMM server, deleted the certificates, but it still fails. I don't know what else to do.
