How can i move a VM from Hyper-V to SCVMM Hyper-V Cluster

Hey,

I have set up a SCVMM server in my Production environment. I am done with all the configuration and template creation. But i am stuck in migrating the VM from my old Hyper-V server to the SCVMM Hyper-V cluster. 

I want to move my VMs from old  Hyper-v Host to SCVMM Hyper-V cluster without adding the Old Hyper-V host to SCVMM.
