SCVMM Book - Cloud

Does anyone know of a good SCVMM (preferably 2012 SP1) book that describes how to set up and manage a cloud?  I know that there is a fair amount of stuff on TechNet but each TechNet article tends to describe a specific aspect of SCVMM & Clouds.  I'm looking for more of a walk through for setting it up and maintaining it.
