We have had a HP 3Par 7400 array setup and working with VMM for a couple of weeks now.
Today when i did a refresh on the storage provider i am now getting the following error and the array is no longer picking up any changes that are done in the 3par management software.
Read-SCStorageProvider : The StorageLUN file sql-data is already in use by another StorageLUN. (Error ID: 802, Detailed Error: )Wait for the object to become available, and then try the operation again.

There are only about 10 Luns that are defined on the array and none of them seem to have the same name.
I have seen this issue come up before and to fix it i had to remove that storage group and all luns that were assigned in it from VMM. Then create the luns again and move all data back to the effected luns. (Major pain and a lot of time)
Hoping that someone else has seen this and may have some ideas.
