ILO OOB Provider

I have been scouring the internet looking for the download for the ILO oob configuration provider and Powershell script.

It is supposed to be here https://connect.microsoft.com/site799/VMM2012Beta

I am referencing a hyper-v.nu article on adding an oob provider for the HP 460C G6 server. Unfortunately HP doesn't support IPMI on this blade class like Microsoft now recommends. Does anyone have the dll and ps1 that i could use to try and do a bare metal deployment for this model of server.
