Currently running a 2012 Hyper-V 3 node cluster and using VMM 2012 R2. I want to start building a HV 2012 R2 cluster so I have configured the networking to support that, and have added a new R2 host. I have configured logical networks, switches, port profiles, etc for this. I am getting the following error when attempting to configure the networking on the new host and I can't find any information on this error:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error (25234)
The selected host adapter (HP NC382i DP Multifunction Gigabit Server Adapter #56$$$Microsoft:{143077D5-B28D-48B2-AEEF-0BD81597CC8D}) has an uplink port profile set configured with network sites, so logical networks, IP subnets, or VLANs cannot be directly modified
on the host network adapter.
Recommended Action
Make the intended change to the uplink port profile set or choose a different network adapter and retry the operation.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
If anyone has seen this before, I'd appreciate knowing how you got around it. I can add more configuration information if needed, but for now I'm under a bit of a time crunch.
Thanks
